Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying & understanding international engineering conference tasks and committees responsible for them.
- Overseeing and coordinating the whole conference. Determining the important dates for application, abstract submission, paper submission, review, etc.
- Identifying and inviting renowned experts, keynote speakers, and the Guest of Honor in respective research areas to the conference.
- Identifying promising sponsors and exhibitors to provide better B2B scopes and opportunities.
- Overseeing the quality of promotional materials for the social science and humanities conference.
- Helping in the execution of pre-conference and conference details.
- Working out details of the social science, humanities, and engineering conference presentations and assuring interactiveness sessions.
- Introducing speakers, presenters, and facilitators at the conference.
- Creating the final conference program and reviewing submitted abstracts for acceptance or rejection.
